    PLH series gas to air heat exchanger is a new type of tubular heat exchanger, which adopts the domestic high temperature jet heat exchanger technology. The heat exchanger is divided into high-temperature section and low-temperature section. The high-temperature section adopts the jet pipe technology. The gas ejected at high speed breaks the air diaphragm layer, effectively improves the heat exchange efficiency, quickly takes away the heat from the jet outer pipe, and protects the jet outer pipe. In the low temperature section, the plug-in tube technology is adopted, and the spiral guide vane is added in the tube, so as to prolong the gas heat exchange time, make the heat exchange sufficient and prolong the service life.

    The temperature of flue gas entering into the heat exchange chamber shall be strictly controlled for the heat exchanger. According to different temperature gradients, the heat exchanger material with high quality and high temperature resistance shall be reasonably selected to improve the service life of the heat exchanger. The output temperature of the heat exchanger is stable, which effectively improves the service life of the integrated hot blast stove and solves the problem of unstable output temperature.

    Through the application of jet heat transfer technology, the heat exchanger can effectively improve the heat exchange efficiency and service life. ^The temperature of high output hot air can reach 550oc, and more than 80% of the materials are made of low-cost common carbon steel when the process conditions allow. Only a few materials are made of high temperature resistant aluminized alloy steel and stainless steel, which makes the cost of the whole heat exchanger more economical.
